Freeform notes with tags and pinning, searchable by content.

Getting started

Turn it on

This module starts inactive. Ask your agent to activate it, or flip the switch on the Note Tracking card on the homepage. Activation calls create_database with moduleSlug: "note-tracking" and a name you choose, and unlocks the tools on this page. If it was active before and got switched off, the same call reactivates it instead of creating a duplicate.

What an entry in this module looks like.

Field	Type	Notes
title	string	Short title or label for the note.
content	string	Required. The body of the note.
tags	string	Space- or comma-separated tags for organizing the note, e.g. 'work idea'.
pinned	boolean	Whether to pin this note so it surfaces first. Defaults to false.
