Body Tracking tools

Every tool in this module, with its full description, parameters, and return value. All of them require the module to be active first. See the Body Tracking overview for how to turn it on.

CRUD

Core tools

Create, read, update, and delete entries. Every module has exactly these four.

body_tracking_add_entry

Add a progress photo to the user's Body Tracking module, with optional weight and notes. Requires the module to be active — see create_database. The photo is stored privately; the returned viewPath is only viewable by signing into the connacto web app as this user.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredNotes
photo_base64stringYesThe photo, base64-encoded (no data: URI prefix).
photo_content_typeimage/jpeg | image/png | image/webp | image/heicNoMIME type of the photo. Defaults to image/jpeg.
anglefront | side | backNoWhich angle the photo was taken from.
weight_lbsnumberNoBody weight in pounds at the time of the photo.
notesstringNoFree-form notes.

Returns

The created entry as JSON, including its id and viewPath.

body_tracking_list_entries

List entries in the user's active Body Tracking module, newest first.

Parameters

None. Call it with an empty object.

Returns

Every entry in the active database, newest first, each with a viewPath, as a JSON array.

body_tracking_update_entry

Update fields on an existing Body Tracking entry. Pass photo_base64 to replace the photo (the old one is deleted from storage); omit it to leave the existing photo in place.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredNotes
entryIdstringYesID of the Body Tracking entry to update.
photo_base64stringNoNew photo, base64-encoded, to replace the existing one.
photo_content_typeimage/jpeg | image/png | image/webp | image/heicNoMIME type of the new photo, if photo_base64 is set. Defaults to image/jpeg.
anglefront | side | backNoWhich angle the photo was taken from.
weight_lbsnumberNoBody weight in pounds at the time of the photo.
notesstringNoFree-form notes.

Returns

The updated or deleted entry as JSON. Returns an error if entryId does not belong to an entry in the active database.

body_tracking_delete_entry

Delete an entry (and its stored photo) from the user's active Body Tracking module.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredNotes
entryIdstringYesID of the Body Tracking entry to delete.

Returns

The updated or deleted entry as JSON. Returns an error if entryId does not belong to an entry in the active database.

Specialized

Purpose-built tools

Shortcuts and queries shaped around how Body Tracking is actually used, so your agent doesn't have to fetch every entry and filter them itself.

body_tracking_latest

Return the single most recent entry from the active Body Tracking module, optionally filtered by angle.

Parameters

NameTypeRequiredNotes
anglefront | side | backNoOnly consider entries with this angle.

Returns

The most recent matching entry as JSON, or a message if there are none yet.
